Solicitor & Team Manager, Serious Injuries Team
Tracy joined Admiral Law in September 2015, initially as a Solicitor and then progressed into the role of Team Manager in the Serious Injuries Team.
Tracy qualified as a solicitor in October 1995 and has been accredited as a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 2005 and is also a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). Tracy’s main practice area is with serious and complex injuries and the losses that flow from these injuries. Tracy has represented a wide range of clients, handling claims involving brain, spinal, serious orthopaedic injuries some resulting in complex pain conditions and fatalities.
Present clients have suffered brachial plexus injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, serious and multiple fractures, ongoing chronic pain symptoms, ongoing psychological symptoms and those having to deal with the loss of their loved ones to mention but a few.
Tracy has acted for mainly Claimants, dealing with a wide variety of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public and occupiers’ liability, industrial disease, MIB uninsured and untraced drivers claims and CICA claims. Tracy has also gained experience in other areas of law whilst working in high street practices to include probate and welfare benefits.
Tracy currently provides support and guidance to the junior members of the SIT, supervising conduct and arranging training for their continued development.
Tracy is married with two young children. In her spare time she enjoys trying to stay fit taking part in challenges such as the London Marathon, Invincible and Trek Fest, together with passions for music attending music festivals and welsh rugby.
